Wearbest is proud to announce the launch of its Meyer Velvet Collection named for the Founder of Wearbest, Meyer Gasner.

  This initial launch collection is based upon textile archives of Mr. Gasner’s dating back to the 1950’s. This is Wearbest’s first entrée into the world of Jacquard Velvets, and is proud to announce a lush, rich viscose construction with 9 exciting warps of a strie warp configuration. All of the designs for this, and future collections are engineered in our New York design studio, and executed at our partner mill in Turkey with over 50 years of Jacquard velvet weaving experience.

  In addition, for 2008 Wearbest is proud to announce the launch of two exciting new developments. The first, being the new marketing campaign for Bella-Dura™ “Imagine a World” where you don’t have to choose between performance indoors or outdoors or the environment, imagine Bella-Dura™ beautiful, durable, earth friendly fabrics all with a recycling program. This theme is the advertising campaign featured in Hospitality Design magazine, and will be featured at our launch booth at HD in Las Vegas this May.

  Our second entrée into the world of “green” fabrics, is our exciting new recycled polyester collections. These are new constructions from the ground up with new end counts, new warps, new colors, and represent the finest of Wearbest design combined with MBDC certified yarns.

  Late last year, we completed our totally new integrated software solutions, which allow our Customer Service Department to give our discerning customers prompt, accurate responses to all inquiries. In addition, customers can go on our protected website to check deliveries, and order status on all their open orders.
